How to pay for your purchases with Credit/Debit Card.

1) During checkout, select Credit/DebitCard as your preferred payment system.

2) After confirming your order, you will receive an email with a link which will bring you the payments page. Click the link.

3) Click Make Payment button to proceed with payment.

4) Complete the transaction by providing your correct account information.

5) You shall receive an email confirming that we have received your payment.

Processing fee
A processing fee is applicable to all online payments made via credit, debit or charge cards. Please see below for more details on the fee.

What is processing fee?
A non-refundable processing fee is charged when initial payment is made through direct debit, credit cards, debit cards or charge cards. Processing fee will be charged with reference to the below:

Credit Cards - RM2.80 as per payment transaction.

Why was the fee introduced?
To eusure our customers are provided with a comfortable and safe booking environment. Nile has invested substantially in implement and maintain our online payment systems and enhance and improve the security features for direct debit, online credit, debit and charge cards payments.

Are there other payment options which will not be charged a processing fee?
Yes, the processing fee does not apply to payments made through manual bank transfer/ ATM Transfer .

(i) Online Banking (interbank/intrabank transfer),
(ii) ATM direct transfer (interbank/intrabank transfer)

Note:
- To avoid issue in refund/missing balance. You are required to pay the exact amount of your total order.
For example, your order amount is RM75.10. Payment to be made is RM75.10.

- All orders submission will be valid only for 24 hours. Pease make your "payment notification" within 24 hours upon your order submission. After such time, order submitted will be cancelled automatically. In the case where you have made the payment later after the order has been cancelled, you may place a new order and notify us again.

- Flat rates of RM6 per delivery is chargeable for KL/PJ, FREE postage when purchase more than RM150 (Waiver of delivery will be upon payment during delivery)
